I had gone shopping earlier on the day I drew this, so I simply felt like drawing a girl in a fashiony pose... with polka dots. I think I really like the way the hair came out in this one. This is a step closer towards that bolder look I'm going for.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. [link] watch "anatomy of a sketch" - it made me giggle like a little girl to see a god among artists at work. He's definitely one of my absolute faves...I think of him as today's Mucha/Elvgren. amazing. greatly inspired me.
